How to score good marks in political science-

First of all we need to understand that what is political science and what do we study in political science???

Basically political science is a study of facts. It includes political idea, ideologies, policies etc . Political science is such a vast subject because students not only study about their nation’s political ideology but they also study other’s nation’s ideologies processes also. 

So the main question is how do we perform well in political science exams? So here are the few tips which students has to inculcate while preparing for their exams-

• First of all, students need to study their syllabus properly so they will get the idea that what will they going to learn and how they do it.
• After that read and understand every topic of your syllabus. No need to miss anything.
• I suggest you to study from your NCERT Books.  NCERT Books are the best source of learning from where students critically understand the concept deeply.
• Always write your answers in bullet points and give your points an appropriate heading.
• Make your notes on an important topics, it also helps to learn the concepts also.
• CBSE MARKING SCHEME- every year CBSE release it’s latest marking scheme in which students gets the idea that which kind of questions will come along their respective marks. On the behalf of latest marking scheme, CBSE prepare your question paper. So one’s should never miss that marking scheme because it is basically a hint you get what kind of questions will come.

For example CBSE including more MCQs .

• As a student you must assess yourself by taking test and always give yourself limited time to complete it also . This habit helps to all the students to complete their exams on time and also boost their confidence.
• Solve previous year question paper because there are many questions which repeats many times.
• Learn the important dates, for example in class XII book- politics in India since independence, in which students study about the chronology of congress.
• Read and understand the cartoons properly which is given in NCERT Book.
