Frequently Asked Questions for American Gas Lamp Works 16" 3100H Grand Vienna Aluminum Post Mount Mid-Size Electric Light Head Light Assembly:Triple Upright Incandescent Candelabra Base Standing Pilot Front Width 66" h19.7
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Keep records showing the originally agreed contents of the purchase. Explain relevant timing needs without assuming a guaranteed resolution date.
What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Do not assume a submitted request has already been approved. If the policy is unavailable, ask for it rather than filling the gap with expectations.
What should I do if my order record shows an incorrect name?
Check whether the correction affects a linked account as well. Check that other correct details remain accurate in the revised record.
