Frequently Asked Questions for The Outdoor Plus Isla 60" Pewter Powder Coated Metal Liquid Propane Fire Pit with Match Lit with Flame Sense Ignition h20 The Liquid Propane and Natural h19.7
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Keep records showing the originally agreed contents of the purchase. Explain relevant timing needs without assuming a guaranteed resolution date.
What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Do not assume a submitted request has already been approved. If the policy is unavailable, ask for it rather than filling the gap with expectations.
What should I do if my order record shows an incorrect name?
Check whether the correction affects a linked account as well. Check that other correct details remain accurate in the revised record.
