Frequently Asked Questions for Akoni - Eclipse (Brushed 12k Gold/Black | Dark Grey) Frame Color:Brushed 12k Gold/Black | Dark Grey Full-Rim Square Frame Shape
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Keep records showing the originally agreed contents of the purchase. Explain relevant timing needs without assuming a guaranteed resolution date.
What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Do not assume a submitted request has already been approved. If the policy is unavailable, ask for it rather than filling the gap with expectations.
What should I do if my order record shows an incorrect name?
Check whether the correction affects a linked account as well. Check that other correct details remain accurate in the revised record.
