What safety protocols do you use to verify home tutors?
Every home tutor conducts a face-to-face identity screening and verification process. We collect Aadhaar card details, college marksheets, address proofs, and conduct verification of references.
Is the first demo class completely free?
Yes. The first 30-minute diagnostic session is completely free. This allows parents and students to evaluate the teaching alignment.
How does the fee payment structure operate?
Payments are processed through our secure TeachMate escrow dashboard. You pay for monthly class hours, and funds are released to tutors only after classes are completed successfully.
