For Students/Parents
- The student will be eligible for a refund of the fee amount paid for tutoring services at our platform only if-
1.1. The student has paid our company A/C directly for the tuition.
1.2. Any loss you suffer as a result of a management error is our responsibility.
1.3. Our tutors are liable for any errors or losses you may experience. In this instance, we will only reimburse the tuition price if we have received payment from the parents or students in our bank account. - A student or parent who pays for tutoring services directly to the tutor will not be entitled to a refund from the management.
For Tutors
- Tutors will only be eligible for a refund from our side if
1.1 Any error or damage you may experience is the responsibility of our management.
1.2. Tutors have got zero leads from us in first 60 days of subscription. - The tutors will not be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for Premium registration at our platform if-
2.1 Leads offer to tutor, but they frequently decline.
2.2 Tutors have received leads from us, but for various reasons (budget, location, tutor quality, etc.), they are unable to convert.
2.3 If tutors are having budget issue, we attempt to offer a high budget lead based on the tutors’ experience and knowledge, but we cannot guarantee the tuition budget of any leads.
2.4 After purchasing the premium registration plan, tutors request to cancel for any reason (e.g., change of location, change of job, change of mind, etc.).
2.5 We discovered that instructors mistreat students, parents, and our team, engage in fraudulent conduct, and break our rules and agreements.
Note: In the case of point 2.5. your tutor’s account will be suspended/banned permanently.
